We ship within the United States and internationally. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout. We are unable to ship to addresses restricted under U.S. export control law or where prohibited by local regulation.
You may cancel a hair oil order for a full refund any time before it ships. To cancel, contact us using the information below. Once an order has shipped, our return policy below applies.
Ayurvedic Scalp & Hair Oil: this item is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges once it has shipped, due to the personal-care nature of the product.
Future product lines (facial care, vitamins, and any other items we add later): we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unopened and unused. Contact us to start a return.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: this applies to every product we sell, including the hair oil. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (or a short video) showing the issue, the product, and the shipping box/label. We review every claim individually. Once verified, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. We reserve the right to request the item be returned to us before issuing a replacement or refund, and to decline claims that can't be verified or that don't match the evidence provided.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on our servers.
